The ALPFA Institute offers the Certificate of Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion to help business executives, chief administrators, and managers to energize and enhance diversity initiatives in their organizations and in the community at large.

Quarterly sessions combine dialogue with experienced executives, development of a strategic plan, and executive coaching support throughout the program.

2. Formulate a strategic plan to attract, retain, and engage a diverse talent pool, recruit multi-culturally, and provide consumers with a rich and vibrant marketplace
3. Participate in a collaborative inter-agency effort to develop inclusive initiatives that will attract diverse organizations and create an environment that is open and inclusive
