The Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Roundtable will serve as a resource for corporations looking to enhance the influence, effectiveness, and impact and overall health of their employee resource groups. Corporate members will meet quarterly to hear about the latest ERG trends and best practices. Participating companies will benefit from being able to benchmark and share best practices amongst themselves as members of the roundtable. Participants will also receive an assessment of their employee resource groups and will have access to a coach to help interpret results and implement recommendations to help their ERGs reach the next level of performance.
